Digital Dolphins eliminates the concept of folders and manages all data in a flat, linear manner. Even without someone consciously organizing the hierarchy, it becomes easier to reach the necessary data through full-text search using attributes (tags) and keywords, as well as filtering from thumbnails. In version management, it keeps a history of when, who, and why updates were made, making it easier to review the latest version and the history of revisions later.
